The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and as a British School Overseas (BSO). BISR is also a member of the British Schools of the Middle East (BSME) and the Council of British International Schools (COBIS). Learning is holistic, supported by a broad co-curricular programme, encompassing extra-curricular activities, student leadership, service learning and residential trips. Strong pastoral care supports student well-being.
The BISR Tabuk Campus is located in the North West of Saudi Arabia close to the Red Sea coastline. Our Tabuk campus is home to 60 students from ages 4 - 11, with our youngest students following the English Early Years Foundation Stage programme and students in Years 1 to 6 following the English National curriculum.
We are seeking a proactive individual who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Primary, the Primary Management Team and Primary Teaching Staff and oversee administrative duties at the Tabuk Campus. The standard working hours for an administrative role are 7:45am to 4pm, 5 days a week – Sunday to Thursday.

The successful candidates will:
Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role (secretarial and administrative).
Show evidence of knowledge and experience of administrative and secretarial tasks.
Show indication of being able to communicate effectively with many stakeholders - parents, students and staff;
Be proactive in providing general office support under the direction of the Head of Primary.
Go the extra mile, ensuring service level delivery is met.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
