JOB PURPOSE

Secondary Principal is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of ISA Wuhan Secondary School. This position will work closely with the school leadership team, faculty, and staff to ensure the implementation of an academic program that is challenging, inclusive, and aligned with the school’s mission and vision. Secondary Principal will also play a key role in creating a positive school culture, promoting student well-being, and fostering strong relationships with the school community, including students, parents, and external stakeholders. Secondary Principal ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, maintains high academic standards, and supports the personal development of all students.
