IT Services Officer (Local Hire) - Whole School - Required Immediately

The British International School Riyadh (BISR) is an extremely well-regarded not-for-profit, co-educational school in the Middle East, catering for students aged 3-18 across its existing five campuses, providing high quality education to the expatriate community since 1979. We are seeking a capable IT Service Officer to provide on-campus first level technical support to staff, teachers and students. The incumbent will work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure assigned jobs are responded to and remedied within agreed SLAs.

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.

• Show evidence of related experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.

BISR teachers should possess the following:

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher status.

• Certificate of Education (PGCE or B.Ed).

• Relevant training or qualifications for the specific post.

Understanding:
