We are inviting high potential candidates of Leadership Management to join ISA International Education Group.

Major Responsibilities

From Group level, combine the school's development goals and educational philosophy, and communicate with the principal to build the DSE curriculum system within ISA Schools.
Be responsible for the construction of the DSE teaching staff, including the formulation of the competency model of the teaching staff, the selection of the teaching staff, teacher training and cultivation, and the talent development system.
Follow the educational development plan of ISA Group and the schools, and actively participate in optimizing teaching programs, curriculum development, teaching, and research activities
Provide guidance and coordinate resources to support the school's enrolment and branding efforts.
Ensure that the school meets all DSE regulations and deadlines.
Plan and organize the teaching PD for teachers from group level.
Collaborate with superior to ensure comprehensive support for all relevant undertakings across the Group, and fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Key Requirements

A master's degree or above is required, and those with rich DSE experience can be accepted with a full-time bachelor’s degree
With more than 10 years of experience in senior management positions in international schools, familiar with DSE curriculum.
High proficiency in English
An ability to Integrate teaching and management of DSE Curriculum with other curriculum that the school developed during the tenure.
Demonstrated knowledge of and vision for the future of educational practice
A passion for education and excellence; ability to inspire colleagues, to accept responsibility, show in their actions and decisions firmness, fairness, consistency and integrity.
Comprehensive knowledge of the DSE programmes and of key developments, issues and trends in international education
Courage to introduce and manage change and innovation
Ability to show good cultural understanding and differentiation between students from various backgrounds
Flexible, inclusive and pragmatic management style
High level interpersonal and administrative skills
Articulate and a strong communicator
Confident in meeting and communicating with others
