Assume overall responsibility for the school and ensure the standards of teaching and learning are a benchmark for excellence.
Key Requirements
1. Holder of Bachelor's Degree and teacher's qualification;
2. IB curriculum, overseas and international exposure;
3. With have more than 20 years working experience in educational industry;
4. High proficiency in English;
5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as cross cultural management understanding;
6. Demonstrated knowledge of and vision for the future of educational practice;
7. Passion for education and excellence; ability to inspire colleagues and accept responsibility, showing in action and decision firmness, fairness, consistency and integrity;
8. Courage to introduce and manage change and innovation;
9. Ability to show good cultural understanding and differentiation between students from various backgrounds;
10. Flexible, inclusive and pragmatic management style.
