The main role of the Administrative Assistant is to support the work in our Examinations Office and assist the Director of Athletics and Events.

The Examinations Office is a busy part of the School and the Administrative Assistant will work closely with our Examinations Officer to ensure the smooth running of all examinations. The Administrative Assistant will also provide support for the Director of Athletics and Events, who has responsibility for the running of school trips and events and for an extensive extra-curricular programme.  In addition he/she will support the general administration f the School.

 

This role requires the successful candidate to have a good level of ICT competency, to have excellent attention to detail and to be able to work as part of a team. Candidates should also be proficient in speaking and writing in English as well as Bahasa Malaysia.  To learn more about this role within the KTJ community, please visit our website.
